AI AD ENGINE respects the privacy of customers and website visitors, and is committed to processing personal information responsibly.
Customers are located in many countries, so this policy is written to apply generally, and to meet the requirements of applicable data protection law including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and United States state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Why we are allowed to use it

Payments
Payments are processed by Whop, or another payment provider selected by AI AD ENGINE.
Complete payment card details are entered with the payment provider. AI AD ENGINE does not receive or store full card numbers.
Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy and security requirements.
Third-party services
Providing the Services requires information to be processed through third-party services and technology providers, including:
- Meta, Facebook and Instagram
- TikTok
- Whop, for payments and subscription billing
- GoHighLevel, for customer records, email and messaging
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers
- Other technology providers used to operate AI AD ENGINE
These providers process information according to their respective terms and privacy policies.
International transfers
AI AD ENGINE serves customers internationally and uses service providers located in different countries, including the United States.
This means personal information may be transferred to, stored in or accessed from a country other than the one the customer is in, and that country may have different data protection rules.
Where such a transfer is subject to the GDPR or UK GDPR, we take steps intended to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.
Security
AI AD ENGINE takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the Services, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Marketing communications
Where legally permitted, AI AD ENGINE may communicate with customers and prospective customers about products, services, updates and offers.
Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and recipients may opt out at any time using that link or by emailing us.
Your rights

- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask for your information to be deleted
- Ask us to restrict how we use it

California residents
Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion, and request correction.
AI AD ENGINE does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for payment.
California residents will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

AI AD ENGINE may use:

- Other advertising and analytics technologies
These are used to operate the website, understand how it is used, measure advertising performance and improve the customer experience.

The Services are intended for business use by adults.
AI AD ENGINE does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
